Our big Pathfinder group got together and played for a tad over 8 hours yesterday! This is unprecedented for us because a few recurrent issues tend to lead us to have very short sessions generally. We managed to pull off a bunch of goals and move out characters on to the next leg of our journey, and we didn't lose any NPCs for the first time in quite a while!
Sadly, the GM does not allow me to use Summon Nature's Ally to summon the Lorax despite my pleadings a few weeks ago ("The Lorax would be a druid. You can't summon another druid!"), but I managed to have a lot of fun anyway finally using my druid's Wild Shape ability to a fuller extent than I had before to be an Earth Elemental for a leg of the session that required brawn and Air Elemental for the climactic battle that required quite a bit of mobility.
I must admit I was a bit of a 'Lump' player type early on in this campaign as I didn't have much understanding of my character or a good grip on the significantly more complex than I was used to PFRPG rules, but now that we're 2/3rds of the way through the campaign I've got being a Druid well in hand.
